Survey Status Workflow Diagram

Every survey on the APRA platform progresses through this lifecycle:

[DRAFT] → (Complete QA Validation) → [SUBMITTED] → (Reviewer Evaluation)
                                        ↓ ↓
[RETURNED TO DRAFT] [REVIEWED / APPROVED]
(Needs Revision + Notes) (Locked & Finalized)

Submitting Surveys for QA Review

  1. Open your farm draft detail page.
  2. Verify that all plastic items have been cataloged and each observation unit has at least one photo.
  3. Check the QA Readiness Indicator banner at the top of the form. When it reaches 100%, submission is unlocked.
  4. Click Submit for Review.
  5. The survey status transitions to submitted and enters the Reviewer workspace queue.

Handling Surveys Returned for Revision

  1. If a reviewer identifies data discrepancies, the status is reverted to draft.
  2. Open the survey and inspect the Reviewer Correction Notes in the amber banner.
  3. Revise requested items (e.g., unclear photo, misaligned coordinates, or implausible sack weights).
  4. Once corrected, click Submit for Review again.
